Ninja Selling Coaching for Groups is a follow up to agents that have participated in the full day Ninja Selling Program. It is a one year program where Terri will come to your office/company once a month for a 3 hour live session. Each student receives a personalized manual with monthly lesson plans and commitments to specific activities between sessions for the entire year, with the following topics:

Several companies are in their 5th year as the participants continue to increase their productivity and most importantly, continue to improve the quality of their lives and their relationships.
The fee of $3,600 is usually split by the number of participants with the company or sponsoring organization entering into a one year contract with Terri Johnson. The sponsor arranges for a facility and a screen for the PowerPoint presentation. The fee includes all air and ground expenses.

Terri’s personal coaching program is designed for "Ninja Selling" graduates who are interested in applying the systems and philosophies of Ninja Selling to their business and being held accountable for the goals they set. This coaching program is tailored to each individual agent depending on their experience, goals and motivations. There is a strong emphasis on self-talk, affirmations, and goal setting.


What is Coaching?
Coaching is an on-going partnership designed to:

All coaching is designed to meet the needs of each individual agent. An agent who has been in the business for 20 years with a database of 300 is not going to have the same needs as a new agent in the business less than a year with 10 people in their sphere. However, the basic structure of our program will stay about the same for each agent.

Step 1: Free Initial Session

First 1-hour session is free. It is a time for information gathering on both ends. We will discuss your expectations for coaching, your current business situation, and your goals and aspirations. We will also discuss how the system works, I will clarify any general Ninja Selling questions and I will openly answer any questions you have about the program.

Step 2: A Strong Foundation

If you decide this program is a "good fit" we will move forward quickly. We will begin by making sure you have a few basic systems in place such as a contact system to track your "50 weekly contacts" and a weekly routine. In addition, we will help you better define your goals.


Step 3: System Implementation & Sphere Development

Next we will assist you with the implementation of other Ninja Selling systems such as an 8-in-8 contact program, scheduled "Real Estate Portfolio Reviews", etc. We will also focus on your sphere. Does it need to be weeded out? Are you contacting them often enough? Do you need to expand your sphere?

Step 4: Accountability and Business/Life Development

Accountability is an active part of the coaching from day one. Once we have systems in place and you are comfortable with how things work, coaching will likely turn into "accountability sessions". Are you doing what you say you are going to do? If not, why not? We will help you identify personal roadblocks and help you find solutions for either overcoming the issue or reworking a system so that you will follow through.

As you start to see successes, we will further examine your business goals and personal goals (if you wish) to help build a. Through the coaching process you are likely to discover you are not giving the highest priority to things that matter most to you.
